Microsoft Word

In Software Applications the first package that is studied is Microsoft Word. Within Microsoft Word the Following tasks need to be completed.

• Create a Logo for the Company
• Create a Slogan for the company.
• Group the Logo and Slogan together.
• Create a Poster advertising the Company.
• Create a Brochure Advertising the Company.
• Create a Mail Merge.

Tou may think all the above are easy to do and within this topic it is easy to achieve a merit or distinction buit your wrong! Besides the above there is loads of paper work such as:

• How did you create the Logo?
• How did you create the Poster? and explain what colours shapes etc that are contained within the poster.
• The same for the brochure.
• How did you create the Mail merge?
• Did you use any Input masks and any Validation?

To gain a Merit or Distinction lots of work needs to be done but it is achievable!
